STEPS TO VOTE
Update Your Registration: Ballots are now mailed in every Colorado election. Make sure that you are registered to vote and your address is current by going to the Colorado Secretary of State's web site. Ballots are not forwarded by the U.S. Postal Service.
Watch Your Mailbox: Ballots will be mailed beginning Monday, October 16, 2017 to all active registered voters. If you do not receive a ballot, please update your voter registration on the Colorado Secretary of State's web site by Monday, October 30, 2017 and one will be mailed to you. After October 30, 2017 ballots are not mailed and you will need to go to a county Voter Service and Polling Center to update your registration and request a ballot.
Return Your Mail Ballot: Return your ballot by mail with paid postage, or deliver it to any one of your county's ballot drop-off locations. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day - Tuesday, November 7, 2017 - to be counted.
Track Your Ballot: Track your ballot online using your county's free Ballot Track. On your county's election web page, you also can sign up for text, email or phone messages to notify you when your ballot has been mailed to you and to notify you when your ballot has been received by your county clerk.
Receive Assistance at a Voter Service and Polling Center: Visit any of your county Voter Service and Polling Centers between Monday, October 30, 2017 and Tuesday, November 7, 2017 to register to vote, update your registration, replace or request a ballot, and vote on an accessible voting machine.
