About this event

Money - bill with puzzle pieces

The Denver Film Fest will feature the film "Lilly", the new documentary about Lilly Ledbetter and a post-film Q&A with director Rachel Feldman and the film's star Patricia Clarkson, who is a 2024 John Cassavetes Award honoree. This in-person event will be at the Holiday Theater.

The film chronicles how an aggrieved, Alabama tire factory supervisor fought corporations and Congress to secure equal pay for equal work. This led to passage of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, which now protects America's working women.

Tickets are $50 and support the Denver Film Fest.
